𖤓 SHIPPING OPTIONS 𖤓
i am based in australia, and can ship both domestically and internationally (including US/UK/EU) via Auspost.i offer:
- standard parcel shipping (with tracking): for orders containing standees, keychains, non-flat items.
- economy letter shipping (without tracking): for orders with thin flat items (stickers, prints, postcards, photocards) ONLY. if your order has an item that is not flat, do not choose this option.
- australian orders also have an express shipping option.
orders are usually not shipped with insurance. if you would like to add shipping insurance (or have any other special requests), please leave a note at checkout or contact me.
for orders exceeding 250g or any other shipping parameters, i may contact you via email for additional postage costs top-up. shipping costs displayed at checkout are for orders below 250g (inc. relevant packaging--refer to 'store info' page).

domestic (australian) orders may take up to 1 week to arrive, but usually less.
𖤓 CUSTOMS & DUTIES 𖤓
i will not be responsible for any duty/customs fees (other than for US--see below). if your country's customs incurs fees (such as VAT) upon arrival, it will be your responsibility to pay these fees.
for US customers, i will handle duty fees through my postal service, although in certain cases i may reach out to ask you to supplement additional duty costs via email.
for the following countries, please provide your Tax ID number in the order notes when you submit the order:
- Chile: your Tax ID number is the RUT (Rol Único Tributario), which has 9 digits.
- Peru: your Tax ID number is the RUC (Registro Único del Contribuyente), which has 11 digits.
- Brazil: your Tax ID number is the CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas), which has 11 digits
- RE: BRAZIL CUSTOMS: after 2 weeks of recieving your tracking number, you will need to contact your local customs office to pay for duties and release the package. brazil customs is infamous for not contacting the receiver regarding their parcel's arrival, and in many cases it will be returned or destroyed.
- Ecuador: your Tax ID number is the RUC or Cedula number. If you do not have a Tax ID number, a passport number is required.
- Mexico: your Tax ID is the RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes).
- South Africa: please provide ONE of the following -- your South African ID Number, Passport Number (for foreign national or non-resident) or Tax Reference Number (TRN).
𖤓 DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS 𖤓
i try my best to protect orders as much as possible without incurring additional shipping fees. this is usually done via bubble wrap for acrylics, and backing+plastic sleeve for prints, in a rigid mailer or parcel box. if an item arrives damaged, or a specific item is missing when you recieve your order, please send me an unboxing video along with your order number, and i will replace or refund those items.
some border offices will open packages for inspection. i am not liable for any damages caused by these inspections, or subsequently the package's damaged integrity.
𖤓 RETURNED PACKAGES 𖤓
if your package is sent to the wrong address, or is not picked up from your postal outlet, it may be sent back to me. i'm happy to reship the package, however, the postage fee will need to be paid again. otherwise, i can offer a refund if you no longer want your items.
𖤓 ADDRESS CHANGES 𖤓
address changes can only be made before your order is shipped. once a shipping label has been printed, i cannot change or reroute the address.
