𖤓 PREORDERS 𖤓

PO timeline:

mid-april: preorders close
april - may: manufacturing period
late may - early june: quality checking and shipping orders

note: indicative timeline only. dates may be delayed due to shipping changes, production errors, or other unforeseen reasons. see 'preorder updates' tab for more info.

orders that include any pre-orders will only be shipped after PO manufacturing period is over and i have received the stock. e.g., if your order contains a PO keychain and in-stock prints, the entire order will ship only after the keychain stock has arrived to me.

if you wish to receive in-stock items first, please make 2 separate orders--one with PO items only, and the other with in-stock items only. note that this will incur 2 instances of shipping fees.

 

𖤓 PROCESSING TIME 𖤓

orders may take up to 2 weeks for dispatch, however i will notify you if it needs to take longer due to unforseen circumstances. thank you for your patience!

𖤓 PRODUCTS & PACKAGING 𖤓

actual colors of the products may vary slightly depending on monitor or device display settings.

product sizes noted on the listings are approximate.

all prints will be shipped in a protective plastic sleeve either with a backing board in a bubble mailer, or in a rigid mailer. smaller flat merch orders will be shipped in a plastic sleeve and rigid mailer. acrylic keychains, standees and other non flat merch will be shipped in either a box with bubble wrapping, or bubble mailer.

I'm a proud servant-- i mean mother of two lovely cats! unfortunately they are very very hairy (see 'about' page for cat tax pic), so there is a near guarantee that your order will contain trace amounts of cat hair in the packaging.

i will do my best to ensure no cat hair is present on the products, however please exercise caution if you do have a cat hair allergy.

𖤓 REFUNDS & RETURNS 𖤓

refunds are only available before your order has been shipped. once the order has been shipped, a refund is no longer possible unless the item(s) are lost or damaged (refer to shipping info/t&cs). i do not accept change-of-mind returns - all sales are final.

after the order is made, a receipt of your order should be sent to you via email. please contact me if you have not received it.
